Terms of Service

By creating an account or using TradyFlo, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use TradyFlo.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use TradyFlo.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account and for the content you enter.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that are used unlawfully or in breach of these Terms.

TradyFlo is a personal trading journal and backtesting tool. It helps you record your trades and review your own performance.

TradyFlo is not a broker, dealer, exchange or financial institution, and it does not place, route, execute or settle any trades. TradyFlo does not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice. All information, including any output from the Trady assistant, is provided for informational and record-keeping purposes only and must not be relied upon as advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

• TradyFlo offers a free plan and paid plans (Starter and Pro). Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, as shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy as the merchant of record. LemonSqueezy handles payments, taxes and refunds under its own terms, and card details never reach TradyFlo.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and you may downgrade to the free plan.
• Feature limits apply to each plan and are enforced by the service.

You agree not to:

• use TradyFlo for anything unlawful;
• attempt to access another user's data or our systems without authorization;
• interfere with, disrupt or overload the service;
• scrape, copy or resell the service or its content;
• misuse the AI assistant or attempt to bypass its safeguards or limits; or
• upload content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to share.

You own the trading records, journal entries, notes and images you create in TradyFlo. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content so we can operate the service for you. You are responsible for your content and must have the right to upload it.

Trady is an AI feature and may produce inaccurate, incomplete or outdated output. It is not a financial advisor and its responses are not advice. Do not rely on it for trading decisions, and do not submit confidential information that you do not want processed by our AI provider.

TradyFlo relies on third-party services, including market data providers. Such content may be delayed, inaccurate or unavailable, and we are not responsible for third-party services or their content.

We and our licensors own TradyFlo, including its software, design, logos and trademarks. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of the service or our intellectual property.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Trading involves a substantial risk of loss. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any data, metric or AI output, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tecgos Cambodia Co., Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any lost profits or trading losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tecgos Cambodia Co., Ltd. against claims, losses and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

You may stop using TradyFlo at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the service unlawfully. The provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cambodia; the courts of Phnom Penh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of TradyFlo after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
