Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Tecgos Cambodia Co., Ltd. collects when you use TradyFlo, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Overview

TradyFlo is a private trading journal and backtesting workspace operated by Tecgos Cambodia Co., Ltd., Krong Siem Reap, Cambodia. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data when you use TradyFlo. It applies to the TradyFlo web application and should be read together with our Terms of Service. By using TradyFlo, you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

Account and profile

When you create an account we collect your email address, and your password is stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider — we never see it. If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive the name, email address and profile picture that Google provides. You may also set a display name, an avatar image, a timezone and a locale.

Trading content you create

We store the records you enter: trading plans, strategies and categories, checklists, trading models, currencies, backtest runs and their trades, live trades, journal entries and their attachments, trading accounts and cash transactions, tags, notes and screenshots.

Billing and subscriptions

We store your plan, subscription status and period dates, and identifiers issued by our payment provider. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy as the merchant of record: card details are entered on LemonSqueezy's hosted pages and never reach TradyFlo.

AI assistant (Trady)

When you ask Trady a question, your conversation text, the feature you selected and a random session identifier are sent to our AI provider to generate a reply. If you turn on “Let Trady use my data”, a summary of your trading records is also sent. Your chat transcript and Trady's memory notes are stored only in your browser, encrypted, and are not saved on our servers.

Support chat

When you use Contact us or Support Chat, we collect the name and email address you provide (or your account email when you are signed in) and the messages you send. A guest chat is tied to a random token stored in your browser; we keep only a hash of that token on our servers. The conversation is stored so the TradyFlo team can reply and keep a record of the request. We also store delivery and read timestamps used for the Sent, Delivered and Seen status, and show the name of the team member who replies. Typing indicators are sent through a temporary realtime channel and are not stored.

If no team member has replied within five minutes, our AI provider may generate a first reply from your conversation text. That reply is saved in the same conversation, is labelled as Trady AI, and does not replace the team. We do not send your name, email address or account records to the AI provider for this reply.

Technical data

Like most web applications, our hosting provider records standard server logs — such as IP address, browser type, requested URL and timestamps — for security and operations. We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and we do not build a profile of your browsing.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • provide, operate and maintain TradyFlo;
  • authenticate you and keep your account secure;
  • store and display the trading records you create;
  • process subscriptions and manage billing;
  • generate AI assistant responses and support first replies — and a trading summary only when you consent;
  • respond to your support requests and keep the related Support Chat conversation;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms; and
  • prevent fraud and abuse.

Cookies and Local Storage

We use a small number of essential cookies, plus browser local storage:

  • Authentication cookies set by our provider to keep you signed in and to secure sign-in and password-reset flows. These are strictly necessary — without them you cannot sign in.
  • A sidebar preference cookie that remembers whether the navigation is expanded or collapsed.
  • Browser local storage for your theme choice, for the Trady assistant's transcript and memory notes (encrypted in your browser with a key held on your device), and for your Support Chat conversation identifiers and guest tokens so your active chat and its history can be restored on this device.

We do not use advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies. Because we set no non-essential cookies, we do not show a cookie-consent banner.

Sharing and Subprocessors

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run TradyFlo, under contract:

  • Supabase — authentication, database and file storage, and delivery of account emails.
  • LemonSqueezy — payment processing and subscription management as merchant of record.
  • Our AI provider — generating Trady assistant responses and support first replies from your conversation text, and your trading records only when you consent.
  • Twelve Data — providing live market price quotes to the assistant. It receives only the requested symbol and our API key, never your personal data.
  • Google — if you choose to sign in with Google, for authentication.
  • Our hosting provider — serving the application and keeping standard server logs.

We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights.

Data Retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your profile, your trading records and the files you uploaded. To request deletion, email us at [email protected]. Support Chat conversations are retained for as long as needed to handle the request and keep a support record, then removed or anonymised. We may retain limited information where the law requires it.

Security

We protect your data with access controls and encryption. Each account can only access its own records; uploaded files are stored privately and shared through short-lived links; sensitive operations run on our servers; and data is encrypted in transit. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Transfers

Some of our service providers are located outside Cambodia, so your personal data may be processed in other countries. Where required, we take steps to ensure your data receives an appropriate level of protection.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. You can update your display name, avatar, timezone, locale, email and password from your account settings at any time. For any other request, contact us using the details below.

Children's Privacy

TradyFlo is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated through the service.
